Christin Marvin | Founder & CEO
Christin is a hospitality catalyst, coach, speaker, and host of The Restaurant Leadership Podcast. With more than twenty years in the hospitality industry, she's built a reputation as a leading authority on leadership development for restaurant operators.
Christin founded Columbine Hospitality to help independent restaurant owners prevent burnout, increase retention, and build businesses they actually enjoy running. She leads all coaching engagements and strategic partnerships.
Andrew Mangan | COO
Andrew is an impact operator with over twenty years of experience leading teams, building systems, and helping growth-focused businesses scale. He was part of the leadership team that grew a restaurant group from 6 to 48 locations — and brings that operational expertise to Columbine Hospitality.
Andrew leads internal operations and ensures the Independent Restaurant Framework delivers measurable results for every client.
